I am Frida Tibblin Citron. I am a qualified coach and behavioural scientist with long experience in PR and communication.
My experience further includes working in large, complex, international organisations. Sony Ericsson, Bluetooth SIG, Axis Communications and Ericsson Technology Licensing are amongst these. In my field of operation, I have found that branding and communication often overlap issues that are central to company organisation. If all the parts of the puzzle are not in place and functioning correctly in staff and HR areas, then the entire company will be affected. This then extends further into the brand itself. I have been running Citron kommunikation since 2003.
My current work highlights the individual as the most important cog in each company’s soul. I have assignments with Sony Mobile, the county administrative board, Sweden’s “industrial development centre” organisation and a number of small rural enterprises.
